The overall experience of booking at Ocean City Resort Rentals is super easy. Everything is done electronically which is super convenient. I appreciated how the staff kept in touch with me at every step and how responsive they were to my questions and needs. I had a question after hours and didn't expect to receive a response until the next day but someone responded immediately.

Our stay at the property was great. We stayed off season so it was quiet and peaceful since there were fewer guests. We enjoyed the indoor pool. The location is convenient to everything. It was a pleasant stay. Checking in and out was super easy as it didn't require us to go to a main office before going to the unit. We were sent everything we needed electronically.

We dealt with Stevi, she has my highest rating. She got information to us regarding renting the property in advance, and got us the check in/check out information to us promptly. All information was correct and we had no problems at all with our dealings with Stevi. Highly recommended.

This was our very first family trip. This house is amazing! We appreciate the coordination of colors and the beach house theme. The space was perfect for our family. We weren't "sitting on top of one another". Everyone had their own space to enjoy the house. On a scale of one to ten, we give this house a ten! The outside deck is very accommodating. We had a crab feast on the patio table, where we all came together to enjoy great conversation. My family would like to say thank you for the cleanliness of your home. We would love to visit again!

I was provided with great information before arriving so I knew what to pack, and how to enter the unit. The staff responded quickly to any questions I had, and even reached out to me before my stay to confirm all of the details and address any of my needs. They were friendly and professional.

We stayed over Thanksgiving with the intentions of trying to host a full dinner, but understanding we might not be able to due to this being a rental. This unit had everything we needed, and then some. It had ample kitchen utensils, large amount of space to prepare everything, and large tables for the family to gather around. Each floor had its own bathroom which helped us all get ready in the morning and was in a great location, not far form the beach, Boardwalk, and any other activities we wanted to do. The use of an electronic lock on the door, and linen service made it easy to check in and check out without having to go to a location to pick up or drop off keys. I would highly recommend this unit!

The unit was a perfect size. The decor looked professionally designed and it is right on the bay. I loved sitting on balcony every morning. Check in is contactless so you go straight to unit after receiving a text with code.
