When we got to the unit a member was there to explain issues that happened before we got there and what was going to be done. When something needed to be fixed, they came the next day and fixed everything! Very kind and responsive...a great experience with the staff!

Beautiful condo, definitely had everything that was advertised and more. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and beach was perfect for my daughter and granddaughters to paddleboard daily. We have gone to OC every year for a week for the past 40 plus years. Always stayed ocean front. This was our 1st time bayside. Everyone agreed this was perfect. Will definitely come back!

As above,we could hardly believe how helpful your whole team was, both before and during our stay. Everyone from Ocean City Rentals was wonderful: office staff extraordinarily patiently and promptly answering my many questions, cleaning people doing a great job, and John I think it was coming incredibly promptly when anything seemed to not work. You all couldnt have been more helpful. Thank you all so much!

The experience is always easy and youre able to get a hold of the rental agency easily. They responded quickly and were able to take care of everything we needed.

The property is great with the pools, bay side beach, and restaurant. The location is close to activities for the kids and a short drive to the inlet. We have stayed here twice and each time we have loved it. The condo is clean, nice updates, and we love the convenience of having things from home.
