For your convenience, a Beach Cart and 4 lightweight Beach Chairs are available to use during your stay. Pack lighter as Linens & Towels are provided too! Additional perks include a full size washer/dryer and an elevator to access the condo from the parking area.

Sunset Island Registration Fee: $165 per reservation and included when booking. This fee is required and provides you 6 facility passes & 2 parking passes**. No passes are needed for ages 3 & under. **Additional facility passes are $75 per pass and may be purchased directly once arriving in Sunset Island.
Ocean City Resort Rentals does not allow group rentals. This family rental requires the primary renter to be at least 25. ID is required to check-in. Online bookings of group rentals will not be honored. No high school groups or Bachelor/Bachelorette groups.

Ride Ocean City’s municipal buses that travel along Coastal Highway. A $4 Ride-All-Day pass allows you to ride from 6:00 a.m. until 3:00 a.m. the next morning. With your pass, you can transfer to one of the Park & Ride buses at no additional cost and go to our beautiful West Ocean City Park & Ride facility. Click HERE for the bus schedule.
