Great property and rental agency. This unit is spacious, nicely decorated and so close to the beach. There are very few 5 bedroom places in Ocean City.

Everyone was great! Office personnel were very helpful in recommending 16 Corner Store. We enjoyed working with OC Resort Rentals.

Loved it! Loved staying here and want to rent it for next year, same week (last week in June) Beautifully decorated. Clean, adequate beds and bathrooms for our family. Linen package was included which was great! Beach chairs and cart included!! Love the Sunset Island neighborhood, quiet, tree lined, shady streets within walking distance to the beach. Gated community.

We worked with Stevi and she was wonderful!! Quick to respond to our questions and sent a very kind message back when we texted that we were headed home. We were able to text when we departed the unit. This made the process quick and easy!

Our stay was perfect!! It was so nice to be right on the beach!! The view from the balcony was outstanding. I received the code for the unit during the drive to Ocean City. Everything was in the unit and ready to be used. There was some local info provided (things to do) and there was even a bucket and shovel for building sand castles at the beach!

During our stay the kitchen faucet broke and it was replaced promptly without any difficulty. Loved not having to bring our own chairs, beach buggy, etc.

I like the fact that they answer the phone and email you what you need to move forward.

Place is beautiful. There was only 4 of us so it's actually huge for 4 people. It was very clean and they supplied all the amenities such as beach chair, umbrella, etc.. Place was great, everything as advertised.

Every step of the process was very easy.

This was the cleanest and nicest unit we have rented. We have been coming for years and always have small issues like finding trash or the unit hasnt been cleaned. This one was amazing. I loved that the rugs and floors were clean and the cupboards werent loaded with junk.

We had a wonderful vacation. Unit was exceptionally nice and well taken care of. Very much appreciated the linens and towels being provided. Also beach chairs being provided made our packing easier. Much appreciated.

We love this beach house! Beautifully furnished and close to so many of our favorite restaurants. Just cant beat the location! Plenty of room for everyone. We cant wait to come back every summer!

I received prompt texts to any of my questions. The worker Edward who came to help with the garbage disposal was very courteous and quick with repairs.

This condo and Sunset Island were the perfect vacation spot for our family. We were able to cook breakfast and lunch then go out for dinner. The notes on the fridge letting us know about restaurants and groceries stores near us was great. Having in house laundry was super helpful in making sure we went home with barely any dirty clothes so when we returned home we could just relax. * They were easy to contact if I had any questions or concerns. We loved the little gifts and towel/linen package we received. We were provided with the bags to leave the towels. We had clear instructions on what needed to be done when checking out.

We got our access code at the exact time promised (4:00) and everything was ready when we arrived. Honestly, other than a couple emails I did not have to communicate with members of your team. All of the answers and anything I needed were on the website and easy to use. When I booked, your team was prompt in communication to see if I have any questions and to sign the contract. A simple text and we were on our way. We like the fact that no keys, etc had to be turned in at an office.

Our family of 8 adults and one toddler enjoyed our stay at 16 Corner Store Lane. There was plenty of room for everyone and we all had our own "space" to spread out. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was in close proximity to the pools, bay/beach, pier and splash pad. The ocean/beach access was an easy walk, especially with the included beach cart! It was very clean (which is something I am very picky about) We will definitely be back!

Great location and private area. Parking is a little difficult if you have friends or family come visit. Overall great location and beautiful property. Great place. Hidden gem in the hustle of ocean city.

WOW in a good way! All we could say was WOW when we entered the unit. The cleanliness is of utmost importance to us and weve stayed at many privately owned units throughout OCMD and some amazing places in Vegas, Miami and Clearwater, but this one was by far the best. The location was exactly where we wanted to be.

Any questions that I had were answered immediately. There was no problems whatsoever.

The unit exceeded our expectations. We have been coming to Ocean City for over 20 years and have stayed in many places up and down Coastal Highway. This was by far the cleanest, most spacious, well stocked unit we have ever stayed in. The owners went above and beyond in making their unit feel like a true home. There was nothing that we needed. The furniture was high quality; it was decorated beautifully; and we felt welcome. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. We had a wonderful vacation!!

San Remo 102- We stayed during St Patrick's weekend, can't wait to go back and walk out the door and into the pool area, so convenient. Was freshly painted and very very clean! As you walk in and look off into the living room you notice the beautiful view of the bay - absolutely relaxed me as soon as I saw it. From the looks of it, everything seems to be brand new in the place - beds, couches etc. I will definitely stay again and again.

The property is very clean. It has a nice view. All of my family stayed there and it has everything in the kitchen you could possibly want. The walking track around the property is beautiful. This is a 10 out of 10 for me!
