The whole process of booking, checking in and checking out is very easy.

This is literally the best place we have ever stayed in OCMD. After 3 years in a row, we plan on renting again next summer.

We had a great time. Everything about the site was wonderful. The restaurant food was great and convenient. The pools were really nice. Loved the gym and the bay was fun. The granddaughters had a great time playing in the fountains. Plus convenient to the beach. Highly recommend.

This condo is absolutely gorgeous! It is well appointed with all of the amenities of your own home. It is located in a lovely enclave within walking distance to the bay and ocean as well as water features (the fountain for the children), market (with Starbucks coffee!) and restaurant.

I had a very pleasant experience from the moment I booked it. Stevi answered my questions and even gave me a free linen package for being the first person to book this new property!

Property was great. It was well insulated so we didnt hear our neighbors, and hopefully they didnt hear us (we had a 3 month old baby). Facility was clean and tidy. Elevators were usually pretty packed, so it was tough getting a ride sometimes, but you cant beat the location and amenities.

Very nice and clean and the bedrooms were big. The master bedroom was amazing, super huge shower. I cant complain about anything, it was perfect.

Very professional team. They were helpful in making reservation and in check in. They even delivered a ladder ball game I had left at the condo last year to the condo. They went the extra mile.

Great property with nice touches. The owner lives nearby snd makes sure all is well. One of the few 5 bedroom homes with ocean view and great accommodations.

Sunset island is our happy place. We love coming as the people are kind and courteous and the property like I said before was wonderful. Check in was wonderful. We received our code via text and when we arrived at the condo all passes were there in an envelope waiting for us. If the highest rating for this property was a 10 I would give it a 12!

The unit was great. Centrally located but not right in the middle of hustle and bustle. Really clean and clutter free. Quallity items in the kitchen. We loved the balcony, always in the shade.

They kept me informed regarding check in and they were responsive to an issue with the internet router.

We have stayed there four times over the last six years. We enjoy coming down because the property is perfect for what we need and the location is exactly what were looking for.
