Ocean City Resort Rentals does not allow group rentals. This family rental requires the primary renter to be at least 25. ID is required to check-in. Online bookings of group rentals will not be honored. No high school or college groups, Bachelor/Bachelorette groups.

There is a gated gathering area as well. Fire ring table is for decorative purpose only. No Fires permitted on roof. Gathering area is for exclusive use of PENTHOUSE guests only.
The common area on the West side of the rooftop has a picnic table & seating to view sunsets on the Bay in the evenings.
Ride with us, on Ocean City’s municipal buses that travel along Coastal Highway. Our buses are safe, clean, reliable, and convenient. A $4 Ride-All-Day pass allows you to ride from 6:00 a.m. until 3:00 a.m. the next morning. Click HERE for the bus schedule.
