Sunset Island is a 37-acre gated resort community located on the bay at 67th Street that is walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, and the nightlife of Ocean City. Sunset Island offers a first class clubhouse on the edge of the bay equipped with a fitness center and indoor and outdoor swimming pools.

During the season, children will enjoy the pools or families can take a stroll or bike ride along the walking path that runs along the perimeter of the island. In addition, you will also find a crabbing and fishing pier, a restaurant, a general store, and private beaches on the bay only for use by Sunset Island residents and guests.
