Seaside Retreat 307 checked all the boxes! Everything and I mean everything you could want in the kitchen for cooking meals. Very spacious condo, cleanest weve ever stayed in! Location is perfect and great parking too.

Loved the text to get in option and not having to visit an office to get the key, etc. Learning it was ready early was a huge bonus. Best check-in we ever had!

We would give the condo a 10+. It was modern, quiet and most important, clean. So many times we have rented from other realtors and upon arrival the "cleaned condo" isn't clean at all. We could walk right in and relax!!! We will be back for sure!

Everything about the experience was great, from the patient answers to all questions to the sense of shared excitement about our trip. It was like talking to a friend. John was very helpful on the phone. I think he also was the same person who came when we had a question about locking the door -- he made sure we felt comfortable with how to lock it. Prompt responses were appreciated.

Great location and perfect for my 3 year old grandson. Enjoyed watching sunrises on the balcony. Very comfortable and everything in the kitchen was easily accessible and found everything we needed to prepare meals. It wasnt long enough!
