Thank you do much for a wonderful week at the beach. This home is amazing and we really enjoyed staying here with our friends and family. We had a great weather week and so much fun in the water. I have been coming to Ocean City, MD since I was a child and then started to bring my own children. It is so nice to have a place big enough for our now adult kids and their husbands & friends. The staff answered several calls we made to ask about provided equipment and were very friendly and helpful. Texted us when unit was ready so that we could get in early. Unit was immaculate and linen and towels provided.

A truly exceptional house with plenty of space for 12 people. The unit is nicely furnished and just a block from the beach with a nice ocean view. The folks at Ocean City Resort Rentals are very helpful and the owners of the units live next door and are great. This is our fourth year staying here and well be back. Great large property close to the beach. Staff very friendly and helpful. Had a great time!

We come Memorial Day week which is the perfect kick off for our summer! We enjoy the location for its close proximity to the beach, glimpses of sunrise and sunset from the balcony, walking distance to some of our traditional activities, and central to everything in Ocean City. As soon as we entered the property, we noticed the artwork. As we walked up the stairs, with every step we grew more and more excited. Everything was so coordinated to your beach getaway theme! The detailed decor and amenities galore!
Anything and everything was here, feelin just like home. Although it rained pretty much the entire time we were here, your home allowed us to still enjoy our family time for our entire group. 10 out of 10!!! Simply the BEST!

This was our 1st time at Southwinds B. We have rented beach houses for 12 years, and yours is truly wonderful. Thoughtfully built, beautifully decorated and well-appointed. My family and I just returned home after our second stay at Southwinds B. The home was just as "lovely" as the first time! The cleaning crew did a fantastic job, as the house was immaculate...linen package was already there...things like this make a difference and leave a positive impression on the processes that take place behind the scenes...which leads me to the impetus or credit behind this...OC Resort Rentals (OCRR) was awesome and contributed to the seamless check-in...communications were timely and OCRR even worked a prior issue for us which was sincerely appreciated. Kudos to your team for the effort!!!
Additionally, our sincere appreciation to the owners, Mike & Mary...they make the experience so much more pleasant with their attentiveness and even the personal touch with cooking and delivering us a tray of scallops...which were delicious! The "Welcome package" was incredibly considerate! Thank you again for making available your "other" residence to my family. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves...because of "All of You"!

We couldn't ask for more. This is a very spacious beautiful property. 8 of us stayed here 7 nights for bike week 2021 and couldn't ask for more. The homeowner lives right next door and was a tremendous host. He bought and put together a new gas grill while we were there. Plenty of dishes and silverware. Coffee pot and knives. I brought extra mixing bowls and larger pans to cook for a large group. Definitely worth the money to stay here and I would highly recommend it. *This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company*

Ocean City is a family resort town located on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. The beach, the Boardwalk, mini golf, Jolly Roger water-park, go-carts, shopping, and restaurants galore!
