Catch some waves in the ocean or have summer fun in our awesome Outdoor Pool. Multiple balconies for enjoying the salty air and hanging out with the family. The kitchen is fully equipped for making meals, just bring the chef in the family! An extra kitchen on Level 1 is a bonus with an extra refrigerator too. This family townhouse rents Sunday to Sunday during the summer and short stays in spring and fall.
Ocean City Resort Rentals does not allow group rentals or Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties. Online bookings of group rentals will not be honored. ID is required at check-in. Minimum age of primary renter is 25.

Lot across from Gateway Grand Building next to Ocean Colony has Ocean Colony parking available on 1st come, 1st served basis. NO trailers or boats allowed. Street parking is available on a 1st come, 1st served basis.
Ride with us, on Ocean City’s municipal buses that travel along Coastal Highway. Our buses are safe, clean, reliable, and convenient. A $4 Ride-All-Day pass allows you to ride from 6:00 a.m. until 3:00 a.m. the next morning. Click HERE for the bus schedule.
