21 Island Edge is a 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath, end unit townhome, facing the canal and will accommodate up to 12 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to eat in after a fun filled day at the beach. All bedrooms have TV's and Free WI-FI is also provided.
Level 1 offers a Queen Sleep Sofabed & TV, Level 2 has the Kitchen, Living Room with 2 twin sofa beds & Dining area. Also, access to both front and rear furnished deck areas from the kitchen & living room.
Level 3 is where you will find the Master Bedroom with a Sleep Number King bed, TV, and private master bathroom with garden tub and walk-in shower, Bedroom Two with a Queen bed & TV, Bedroom Three with a Queen, and a full size hall Bathroom with tub/shower combo. The top level offers a bed and bath combo with a Queen bed, TV, sitting area, and private furnished balcony!

Sunset Island Registration Fee: $200 per reservation and included when booking. This fee is required and provides you 6 facility passes & 3 parking passes. Ages 3 & under do not need a pass. Additional facility passes are $70 per pass and may be purchased directly once arriving in Sunset Island.
Ocean City Resort Rentals does not allow group rentals. This family rental requires the primary renter to be at least 25. ID is required to check-in. Online bookings of group rentals will not be honored. No high school groups or Bachelor/Bachelorette groups.

Don't hesitate on this house. It was perfect for 5 adults and 3 kids. House had everything you would need including beach chairs, umbrellas etc. so you don't need to travel with all those large bulky items. The location is so convenient to everything. A few blocks from the beach, steps away from the pool and bay beach and walking distance to a market, restaurants etc. Such a lovely place and we would definitely stay again!

Best stay at Ocean City I have ever had! Being in a private community made it special for all of my family. Having the restaurant on site, bikes to ride, games to play, fishing on the private pier, relaxing porch time, private rooms and being on the end unit watching all the boats leave the bay was awesome. Would have been good to have been provided Marina information. Would be perfect place if you want to bring a boat because the canal to the bay is directly behind the townhome. Really liked the live music and bayside private beach. Nice place.
