Come get your beach on at 16 Corner Store Lane! Five bedroom, 5 bathroom townhome that will comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to eat in after a sunny day at the beach. You can pack lighter as 6 Beach Chairs, a Beach Cart, & a FREE Linen/Towel Package are provided! All seven televisions are SMART TV'S and Comcast Cable is also available on Level 2 in one of our two Living Rooms! Venture beyond to experience the luxury of both an outdoor and indoor pool, offering the ideal blend of sun-drenched serenity and year-round aquatic enjoyment.
Traveling with friends or family? We also rent 18 Corner Store Lane, which is perfect for large families vacationing together that need two rentals!
Level 1 offers a bedroom with a Double bed & half bath in the hall, Level 2 has the Kitchen, two Living Rooms & a Dining Area, with access to a furnished balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or late evening cocktail. Level 3 is where you will find the Master Bedroom with a King bed, TV, and private master bathroom with garden tub and walk-in shower, Bedroom Two with a Double bed & TV, Bedroom Three offers a Twin over Full Bunk w/Twin Trundle & TV, and a full size hall bathroom. The top level offers a bed and bath combo with a Queen bed, TV, and private balcony!
GRILL for the grill master in the family! Bring your charcoal/lighter fluid. Grilling utensils will be available for use.
Walk to Sweet Frog, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Kite Loft, Longboards, Mione's Pizza!

Guests who've stayed in Sunset Island come back year after year!
Sunset Island Registration Fee: $200 per reservation and included when booking. This fee is required and provides you 6 facility passes & 3 parking passes. Additional facility passes are $70 per pass and may be purchased directly once arriving in Sunset Island. Ages 3 & under do Not need a pass.
Ocean City Resort Rentals does not allow group rentals. This family rental requires the primary renter to be at least 25. ID is required to check-in. Online bookings of group rentals will not be honored. No high school groups or Bachelor/Bachelorette groups.

We got our access code at the exact time promised (4:00) and everything was ready when we arrived. Honestly, other than a couple emails I did not have to communicate with members of your team. All of the answers and anything I needed were on the website and easy to use. When I booked, your team was prompt in communication to see if I have any questions and to sign the contract. A simple text and we were on our way. We like the fact that no keys, etc had to be turned in at an office.

Our family of 8 adults and one toddler enjoyed our stay at 16 Corner Store Lane. There was plenty of room for everyone and we all had our own "space" to spread out. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was in close proximity to the pools, bay/beach, pier and splash pad. The ocean/beach access was an easy walk, especially with the included beach cart! It was very clean (which is something I am very picky about) We will definitely be back!
