Sunset Island Registration Fee: $165 per reservation and included when booking. This fee is required and provides you 6 facility passes & 2 parking passes**. No passes are needed for ages 3 & under. **Additional facility passes are $70 per pass and may be purchased directly once arriving in Sunset Island.
Ocean City Resort Rentals does not allow group rentals. This family rental requires the primary renter to be at least 25. ID is required to check-in. Online bookings of group rentals will not be honored. No high school groups or Bachelor/Bachelorette groups.

The experience is always easy and youre able to get a hold of the rental agency easily. They responded quickly and were able to take care of everything we needed.

The property is great with the pools, bay side beach, and restaurant. The location is close to activities for the kids and a short drive to the inlet. We have stayed here twice and each time we have loved it. The condo is clean, nice updates, and we love the convenience of having things from home.

I received prompt texts to any of my questions. The worker Edward who came to help with the garbage disposal was very courteous and quick with repairs.

This condo and Sunset Island were the perfect vacation spot for our family. We were able to cook breakfast and lunch then go out for dinner. The notes on the fridge letting us know about restaurants and groceries stores near us was great. Having in house laundry was super helpful in making sure we went home with barely any dirty clothes so when we returned home we could just relax. * They were easy to contact if I had any questions or concerns. We loved the little gifts and towel/linen package we received. We were provided with the bags to leave the towels. We had clear instructions on what needed to be done when checking out.

Ocean City beach Lifeguards are on duty from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. during the summer months. Come nighttime, families can head to the boardwalk for games, rides, or our famous Thrasher's fries!
Leave your car parked and take a stroll to Longboard Cafe' for lunch or dinner, located near the entrance to Sunset Island.
Ride Ocean City’s municipal buses that travel along Coastal Highway. A $4 Ride-All-Day pass allows you to ride from 6:00 a.m. until 3:00 a.m. the next morning. With your pass, you can transfer to one of the Park & Ride buses at no additional cost and go to our beautiful West Ocean City Park & Ride facility.
