This open floorplan features a fully equipped kitchen & Smart televisions throughout. Recently updated, this condo also has high-end electronics, stainless steel appliances, new flooring, and front loader washer and dryer.
The Master Bedroom provides a King bed, & private full bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. Bedroom 2 offers a Queen bed and Bedroom 3 has a Twin over Full bunk bed with Twin trundle. A full bathroom is located in the hall with a tub/shower combo. Both bathrooms have hair dryers and all three bedrooms have SMART televisions & Comcast Cable.

No passes are needed for ages 3 & under. **Additional facility passes are $70 per pass and may be purchased directly once arriving in Sunset Island.
Ocean City Resort Rentals does not allow group rentals. This family rental requires the primary renter to be at least 25. ID is required to check-in. Online bookings of group rentals will not be honored. No high school groups or Bachelor/Bachelorette groups.

I had some camera gear shipped directly to OC Resort Rentals and the team managed to deliver it to our condo when it arrived. Extremely helpful and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to book an enjoyable family stay in OC.

Super clean, all of the appliances were updated, freshly painted, COMFORTABLE beds, the A/C worked which made sleeping at night that much more enjoyable. Established within an amazing community, it was a short walk to the bay beach, the pool and the workout Gym. We cannot wait to book this place again for next year!
This was perhaps our best OC beach vacation ever and we have been to OC about 12x over the past 30-years. We found this community to be easily accessible to everything we wanted, friendly, clean and safe and the amenities in this particular area were perfect for our needs. Our enjoyment came at the recommendation of OC Resort Rentals.
Notes
Ocean City is a family resort town located on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. The beach, the Boardwalk, mini golf, Jolly Roger water-park, go-carts, shopping, and restaurants galore! Ocean City is home to miles of sandy beach that is perfect for sandcastle-building and ocean waves that are ideal for boogie boarding. Lifeguards are on duty from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. during the summer months. Come nighttime, families can head to the boardwalk for games, rides, or our famous Thrasher's fries!
Leave your car parked and take a stroll to Longboard Cafe' for lunch or dinner, located near the entrance to Sunset Island. Dessert at Sweet Frog!
Ride Ocean City’s municipal buses that travel along Coastal Highway. A $4 Ride-All-Day pass allows you to ride from 6:00 a.m. until 3:00 a.m. the next morning. The Boardwalk Tram is also available for a fee.
