Well appointed unit and responsive rental agency. Lockbox code worked and there was a welcome package on the counter to get us started, with easy to follow instructions for the resort property.

Sunset Island is a great resort. The condo was spacious and well appointed. The pools (indoor & outdoor), beaches, cafe, and restaurant were all very convenient even when we had bad weather. We've stayed in Sunset Island before and would stay again. Unit had everything we needed to be comfortable.

The property was perfect, location, unit was spotless, everything worked out well. We loved it. Having the cart and chairs gave us more space in our vehicle so we did not need to pack beach chairs.
Beds were comfortable, having a washer and dryer made it so easy.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. I particularly loved have the fitness center and walking trail which encompassed the perimeter of the property. The walking path is about 1 mile long and the views of the bay never got old. Having access to the beach cart and chairs was a huge plus for us. Stevi was great, as we couldn't ask for better service.

Absolutely perfect place for a family vacation with young children. Check in was easy and fast and the host quickly returned our call when we had a question. The condo was clean and had updated furnishings with plenty of room for our whole family. We loved the two bedrooms with the extra bunkbeds as they provided plenty of room for our kids and as an added plus each bedroom had an LCD TV. The bayside beach, pool, restaurant and corner store were great - you could literally park your car and never use it again until you departed because Sunset Island has it all.

Stunning property with no hassle check-in! The condo was lovely with beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds, and TVs in each room. The host had all the little things available and that made all the difference when bring our family on vacation. Having the linens there upon arrival and access to a beach cart and chairs was great since we didn't have to lug those items along with us. Sunset Island itself has amazing amenities. Our favorites were the Marisol's corner store, the bayside beach and the tiki bar and restaurants, while my nephews' favorites were the bayside pool and interactive water fountains. The community is gated, so we felt safe letting the boys enjoy the property. We will be back every year now that we have found this great place!

"We're so glad that we found this place! We had all the comforts of home. The condo is very well maintained, and the kitchen had everything we needed, including an orange press so that we could make our own OC Crushes. We really enjoyed Sunset Island's private bayside beach, perimeter walking path, pools, and the tiki bar where we watched some amazing sunsets. The condo is in a great location as it is within walking distance to shops, mini golf, restaurants and the oceanside beach. We will definitely be back!"

Ocean City is a family resort town located on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. The beach, the Boardwalk, mini golf, Jolly Roger water-park, go-carts, shopping, and restaurants galore! Ocean City is home to miles of sandy beach that is perfect for sandcastle-building and ocean waves that are ideal for boogie boarding. Lifeguards are on duty from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. during the summer months. Remember, Keep Your Feet In the Sand until the Lifeguard's in the Stand! Come nighttime, families can head to the boardwalk for games, rides, Fisher's popcorn, or our famous Thrasher's fries! Plenty to do for everyone!
