Bedroom Three has a Queen, Twin with Twin Trundle bed, and flat screen TV. The family will love the outdoor pool that can be seen from your private, furnished balcony. Assigned free parking for two cars, both spaces are covered, keeping your vehicle cooler. The kitchen is supplied with all the cookware and dishes needed to eat in after a fun filled day soaking up the Ocean City sun! Free Wi-Fi is provided for your conveinence. Summer House has an elevator & luggage carts for guest use.

Summer House 202 was perfect! Plenty of room for 3 couples, clean & bright!!! A few minor issues came up in the first 24 hours and Stevi addressed them right away!! Ive been to OC nearly a dozen times and this was the very first time Ive had a wonderful experience with a rental company! Perfect location! Short walk to the beach, clean, bright & spacious!

Ocean City is a family resort town located on the Eastern Shore of Maryland! The beach, the Boardwalk, mini golf, Jolly Roger water-park, go-carts, shopping, and restaurants galore!
Ride Ocean City’s municipal buses that travel along Coastal Highway. A $4 Ride-All-Day pass allows you to ride from 6:00 a.m. until 3:00 a.m. the next morning. With your $4 pass, you can transfer to one of the Park & Ride buses at no additional cost and go to our beautiful West Ocean City Park & Ride facility. The Boardwalk Tram is also available for a fee.
