This family condo features 2 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. Master bedroom offers a Queen bed with private bath. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and Twin over Twin bunkbed. Two Queen sleeper sofas are offered in the sitting area off of the kitchen and living room.
For anyone that doesn't want to cross Coastal Highway, this is the condo for you. Convenience is being just steps from the Atlantic Ocean and Sea Terrace 1306 has bragging rights on one of the best Beachfront Pools! Play a game of pickle ball, keep up your fitness routine in the workout room, or catch some rays on the sun deck, the choice is yours because you will be on vacation! Ocean City Resort Rentals does not allow group rentals. ID is required at check-in. Online bookings of group rentals will not be honored. No high school groups or Bachelor/Bachelorette groups. Minimum age of primary renter is 25.

PARKING- The Sea Terrace charges a registration fee of $10 per day, for 1 parking permit and pool access to all Guests. An extra parking pass may be purchased, pending availability, for an additional $10 a day. Free street parking on 89th.
Guests will check in to front office upon arrival for a parking pass.

Ride with us, on Ocean City’s municipal buses that travel along Coastal Highway. Our buses are safe, clean, reliable, and convenient. A $4 Ride-All-Day pass allows you to ride from 6:00 a.m. until 3:00 a.m. the next morning. Click HERE for the bus schedule.
