This lovely townhome features a huge open concept kitchen and dining room, with plenty of room for entertaining. Alongside the kitchen you will find the oversized family room, where all can relax after a long day at the beach.
Retreat upstairs to the Master Bedroom with a King bed, full bathroom with jetted tub, separate shower and double sink vanity. The kids can sleep peacefully in a choice of the bunkbed room with a Twin over Full and Twin Trundle or one of the other 3 bedrooms featuring 2 rooms with Queen size beds and the top floor room with King size bed and private bath. You will not be disappointed when choosing 24 Island Edge Drive for your family vacation reservation. Townhome offers garage parking with parking pad and a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. FREE Linen & Towel package delivered on arrival day too!

A 37-acre private community on 67th Street with fun for the whole family...Indoor & Outdoor Pools, Kiddie Pool, Interactive Splash Fountains, Bayfront Dining, Tiki Bar, General Store, Walking & Bike Path, Fishing & Crabbing Pier & Bayfront Beaches. Guests who've stayed in Sunset Island come back year after year!
Sunset Island Registration Fee: $200 per reservation and included when booking. This fee is required and provides you 6 facility passes & 3 parking passes. Additional facility passes are $70 per pass and may be purchased directly once arriving in Sunset Island. Ages 3 & under do Not need a pass.
Ocean City Resort Rentals does not allow group rentals. This family rental requires the primary renter to be at least 25. ID is required to check-in. Online bookings of group rentals will not be honored. No high school groups or Bachelor/Bachelorette groups.
2 or 3 Night Minimum before Memorial Day and after Labor Day.

Ride Ocean City’s municipal buses that travel along Coastal Highway. A $4 Ride-All-Day pass allows you to ride from 6:00 a.m. until 3:00 a.m. the next morning.
