The kids can sleep peacefully in a choice of the bunkbed room with a Twin over Full and Twin Trundle or one of the other 3 bedrooms featuring 2 rooms with Queen size beds and the top floor room with King size bed and private bath. Sunset Island Registration Fee: $200 per reservation and included when booking. This fee is required and provides you 6 facility passes & 3 parking passes. Additional facility passes are $70 per pass and may be purchased directly once arriving in Sunset Island. Ages 3 & under do Not need a pass.
Ocean City Resort Rentals does not allow group rentals. This family rental requires the primary renter to be at least 25. ID is required to check-in. Online bookings of group rentals will not be honored. No high school groups or Bachelor/Bachelorette groups.

The home is set in a safe, beautiful, child-friendly community. The home had the perfect number of comfortable beds and bedrooms for our family. The kitchen is large with adequate seating and everything we needed. We loved sitting on the decks. It's just a short walk to the pool and ocean. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!
