Initially I was concerned when I had not heard anything regarding check-in with only two weeks to go. I reached out and contacted OCRR and was told that everything was all set, and I would receive Check-in instructions the week before I arrived, which I did.

Southwinds A is a lovely, updated, well maintained property. It is close enough to the beach such that getting back and forth with young grandchildren (1 thru 6) was not a problem. It is clean, updated and well maintained. Rooms are spacious. Kitchen was fully stocked with necessary appliances, dishes, etc.

Everyone was professional and helpful during my interactions. Very pleased with rental unit and the ease of checkin/out. The complimentary linen package was very nice. Notified us as soon as unit was ready and provided code so we didnt need to check in anyplace else.

The unit was beautiful and well equipped from linens, to kitchen supplies to beach equipment. There was more than enough room for our family to spread out and relax. We had a wonderful vacation and hope to return in the future. The unit is beautiful and well equipped. The owner checked in with us to see if we needed anything and even brought us appetizers one night that were much appreciated and delicious!!

Beautiful well appointed home in great location. Its hard to find a vacation home or condo that actually looks like the photos. Southwinds is that property. Its obvious the owner wanted to build a quality beach home that would last. Notes
Ocean City is a family resort town located on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. The beach, the Boardwalk, mini golf, Jolly Roger water-park, go-carts, shopping, and restaurants galore! Ocean City is home to miles of sandy beach that is perfect for sandcastle-building and ocean waves that are ideal for boogie boarding. Lifeguards are on duty from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. during the summer months. Come nighttime, families can head to the boardwalk for games, rides, or our famous Thrasher's fries!
Umbrella & Chair Rental stand is located near beach access point for daily & weekly rentals.
Ride Ocean City’s municipal buses that travel along Coastal Highway. A $3 Ride-All-Day pass allows you to ride from 6:00 a.m. until 3:00 a.m. the next morning. With your $3 pass, you can transfer to one of the Park & Ride buses at no additional cost and go to our beautiful West Ocean City Park & Ride facility. The Boardwalk Tram is also available for a fee.
