This lovely townhome at 3 Fountain Drive West features an open concept kitchen and dining room, with plenty of room for entertaining. Alongside the kitchen you will find the family room, where all can relax after a long day at the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked for making breakfasts and dinners during your stay. 

Retreat upstairs to the Master Bedroom with a Queen bed, full bathroom with soaking tub, separate shower and double sink vanity. The kids can sleep peacefully in a choice of the bunkbed room with a Twin over Full or one of the other 3 bedrooms featuring a Full and Queen size bed and the top floor bedroom with Queen size bed and private full bath. This townhome offers garage parking with parking pad and a full size washer and dryer too on level one.

Sunset Island Registration Fee:  $200 per reservation and included when booking. This fee is required and provides you 6 facility passes & 3 parking passes (Large vehicles that do not fit in the designated parking will have to purchase a pass for street parking in Sunset Island. Also, there is free street parking before you enter Sunset Island.)  Additional facility or parking passes are $70 per pass and may be purchased directly at the clubhouse once arriving in Sunset Island. Ages 3 & under do Not need a pass. No pass is needed for the bayside beaches.

Ocean City Resort Rentals does not allow group rentals. This family rental requires the primary renter to be at least 25.  ID is required to check-in.  Online bookings of group rentals will not be honored.  No high school groups or Bachelor/Bachelorette groups. 

2 or 3 Night Minimum before Memorial Day and after Labor Day.

Ride Ocean City’s municipal buses that travel along Coastal Highway.  A $4 Ride-All-Day pass allows you to ride from 6:00 a.m. until 3:00 a.m. the next morning.  With your $4 pass, you can transfer to one of the Park & Ride buses at no additional cost and go to our beautiful West Ocean City Park & Ride facility.  The Boardwalk Tram is also available for a fee.

Leave your car in the garage and take a stroll to Longboard Cafe' for lunch or dinner, located near the entrance to Sunset Island. Grab a slice at Miones!
