Sunset Island Registration Fee: $200 per reservation and included when booking. This fee is required and provides you 6 facility passes & 3 parking passes. Ages 3 & under do not need a pass. Additional facility passes are $70 per pass and may be purchased directly once arriving in Sunset Island.
Ocean City Resort Rentals does not allow group rentals. This family rental requires the primary renter to be at least 25. ID is required to check-in. Online bookings of group rentals will not be honored. No high school groups or Bachelor/Bachelorette groups.

The staff at Ocean City Resort Rentals are so friendly and responsive. We will never stay at a "robot" monitored place again.

My family reunites once a year in the OC area. This year we were a group of 9 adults and 2 children. We had plenty of room and really enjoyed our stay at 19 Island Edge Dr. The property is beautifully maintained and has a well stocked kitchen. It's so easy to walk to the pools, bay and beach. We had a wonderful and stress free vacation. The property was beautiful and all of the beds and furnishings were in great condition and very comfortable. The bathrooms were all clean and updated.

I've booked through OC resort rentals multiple times in the past and it always a pleasure and super easy. The owner takes calls/texts directly and even gives good insight on the properties to help choose. Pricing is always reasonable.

Our family loved this Sunset Island townhouse! The kids immediatly fell in love with all the toys, stuffed animals and books. The location was perfect and loved having the garage open right to the dock. Back porch is perfect for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. Plenty of beach chairs, toys, carts and rec equipment so you don't need to bring anything. I personally fell in love with the beach cart provided, which me and the 5 year old tagged "Beach Buggy". This cart is a BEAST and can carry EVERYTHING for a day on the beach and can roll through sand like a Cadillac! This house overall is perfect for families, especially with kids.
Notes
Ocean City is a family resort town located on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. The beach, the Boardwalk, mini golf, Jolly Roger water-park, go-carts, shopping, and restaurants galore! Ocean City is home to miles of sandy beach that is perfect for sandcastle-building and ocean waves that are ideal for boogie boarding. Lifeguards are on duty from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. during the summer months. Remember, Keep Your Feet In the Sand until the Lifeguard's in the Stand! Come nighttime, families can head to the boardwalk for games, rides, Fisher's popcorn, or our famous Thrasher's fries!

Ride Ocean City’s municipal buses that travel along Coastal Highway. A $4 Ride-All-Day pass allows you to ride from 6:00 a.m. until 3:00 a.m. the next morning.
