This is our second year renting through ocean city resort rentals. Both properties were clean, tastefully decorated. Love the linen package and extras provided.

Very fast and friendly communication.

The home is set in a safe, beautiful, child-friendly community. The home had the perfect number of comfortable beds and bedrooms for our family. The kitchen is large with adequate seating and everything we needed. We loved sitting on the decks. It's just a short walk to the pool and ocean. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Place was in good condition and looked just like pictured. It was good size, including the balcony.

We had someone out to fix things twice, but they came quickly, were super friendly, and fixed the issues in no time. Great interactions, quick responses to issues, no contact check in/out is great

We had another unforgettable week at Southwinds. What's not to love? A beautiful house with impeccable decor and amenities, fabulous location and the most gracious and generous hosts! We have already talked about what next year will bring. Thank you for such a wonderful place to make lasting family memories.

Everything we do is a memory! We have been coming for 18 years together. We now have grandkids. We are 1st, 2nd and now 3rd cousins. We are blessed to be able to come spend a week together. We are a group of 12 adults, and 5 boys under 5 years old, with a baby girl on the way! #BLESSED Thank you, Mike, for another great stay. We were here 2 years ago, also. Beautiful home and we use every inch of it. New this year, gaming system. "The kids" (25 - 30 year olds) enjoyed gaming. Beautiful home clean and spacious, feels like home! the scallops were delicious. Another year of memories for me to scrapbook. Thank you

We have stayed at Sea Watch several times but this condo has been a favorite by far. The bunkbeds are a favorite by my daughter. We loved the well stocked cabinets and the extra beach chairs. The leather furniture was such a great idea to have at the beach. The washer and dryer was amazing to have. We hope to be back soon!

No problems at all. We loved getting the access codes via text and not having to stop in the office.

Very nice condo!

This condo is gorgeous, clean, and well equipped with everything you may need and more. We literally could not believe how much it felt like home. This place was so clean and had everything we needed and more! The decor was outstanding and we truly didnt want to leave!!!!

Stevi, our host was very responsive to any questions. It was definitely a pleasant experience.

The property was nice and clean. The neighbors were very friendly and the pool was crystal clear.

The team was very professional, helpful and friendly. The check-in experience was very clear and worked out well. The house was ready about a half hour or so before expected, and the linens were there when we arrived.

We appreciated all the owners nice touches. It was A+. Southwinds A is a gem. It's in the ocean block so very convenient to the beach. The home interior was very impressive. The size of the bedroom accommodations was great, the decorating was very pleasing to the eye and the kitchen was stocked with a wide range of cooking and baking pans and utensils and everything else needed. There was lots of space for the 8 adults and 4 children in our group. The owners of the unit welcomed us with some memorable gifts. I wouldn't recommend the house for people that can't do steps. This wasn't a problem at all for our group.
